Je kan je met dit inschrijfformulier inschrijven als lid van De L.K.V. Je blijft vervolgens lid voor een onbepaalde tijd (minstens 1 jaar) totdat je je lidmaatschap opzegt met ons uitschrijvingsformulier.* Door middel van de gegevens die je hier invult, word je op de hoogte gehouden van al onze activiteiten waartoe je als lid vrije toegang zult hebben (tenzij aangegeven). Lidmaatschap kost €20 per jaar.

Heb je (nog) geen Nederlandse bankrekening maar wil je wel lid worden van De L.K.V.? Email dan naar secretaris@delkv.nl met al je gegevens om contant je lidmaatschap te betalen.

Membership costs €20 per year.

Je betaalt de contributie jaarlijks (per studiejaar) via automatische incasso. Door het vakje 'Akkoord // Agree' aan te vinken, geef je toestemming aan De L.K.V. om een periodieke overschrijving naar je bank te sturen in overeenstemming met de jaarlijkse contributie. Je stemt ook toe om zelf de contributie over te maken op de rekening van De L.K.V. wanneer de automatische incasso niet lukt (ongeacht de reden). // You pay the membership fee annually (per academic year) by direct debit. By checking the 'Akkoord // Agree' box, you give permission to De L.K.V. to send standing order to your bank in accordance with the annual membership fee. You also agree to transfer the membership fee yourself to the account of De L.K.V. if the direct debit order is unsuccessful (regardless of reason).

*Je persoonsgegevens zullen worden behandeld conform de Algemene Verordering Gegevensbescherming (AVG) die per 25-05-2018 geldt. De persoonsgegevens zullen door de secretaris handmatig worden verwerkt en bewaard worden tot het moment van lidmaatschapsopzegging en niet aan derden worden verstrekt. Hierna zullen de gegevens tijdig gewist worden conform de regeling van de AVG. De ondertekende heeft het recht om verwerking van diens persoonsgegevens door de secretaris in te trekken, zij het zonder het terugstorten van betaalde contributie. Verder heeft de ondertekende het recht om op eigen verzoek diens bewaarde gegevens in te zien.

You have the right to withdraw the processing of your personal data by the secretary, albeit without a refund of the paid membership fee. Furthermore, you have the right to view your saved data upon request.
