In de nieuwste tentoonstelling van Kunstmuseum Den Haag wordt de veelzijdige geschiedenis van de Britse mode getoond. Bekende ontwerpers als Vivienne Westwood, Alexander McQueen en Stella McCartney zijn natuurlijk opgenomen in de tentoonstelling, maar ook de invloed van stijliconen uit de Britse pop cultuur zoals The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, David Bowie en recent Harry Styles. Tenslotte, zoals de naam van de tentoonstelling al doet vermoeden, speelt de mode van de Britse ‘royals’ ook een belangrijke rol in de tentoonstelling.

In their newest exhibition, Kunstmuseum Den Haag presents the multifaceted history of British fashion. Well-known designers like Vivienne Westwood, Alexander McQueen and Stella McCartney are of course included in the exhibition, but also the influence of fashion icons from British pop culture such as The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, David Bowie and, more recently, Harry Styles. Finally, as the name of the exhibition suggests, the fashion of the British royals also plays an important role in the exhibition.
