De L.K.V. en MSVL Floris V, de vereniging voor middeleeuwse studies, nodigt je uit om op een prachtige zondag middag mee te komen op een excursie naar Museum Catharijneconvent.
Het museum bevindt zich in een oud klooster waar nu de tentoonstelling “Noord & Zuid” wordt gehouden. Deze tentoonstelling laat de interculturele invloeden en esthetische overeenkomsten zien tussen het noorden en het zuiden van Europa. De objecten, herkomstig uit Catalonië en Noorwegen, zijn in buitengewone staat en in veel gevallen is dit de eerste keer dat de objecten hun oorspronkelijke plek verlaten.
Na het ontdekken van het museum nodigen we je uit om gezellig een drankje te komen doen!

MSVL FLORIS V & DE L.K.V. INVITE YOU INTO A MEDIEVAL EXPERIENCE
De L.K.V. and MSVL Floris V, the association for Medieval Studies, invites you to come along on a lovely Saturday afternoon to the Museum Catharijneconvent.
The museum is situated in an old monastery and is currently exhibiting “North & South” that showcases the cross-cultural influences and aesthetic similarities between the very north and the very south of Europe. The objects, coming from Catalonia and Norway, are exceptionally well-preserved and have in many cases only now left their respective countries for the first time.
After exploring the museum, we invite you to come along with us for some drinks!
